If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. - Romans 10:9-10

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. - 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17


If you are convinced in your heart that Jesus is the only way to go to Heaven, then repeat the following prayer and you will enter into an intimate personal relationship with God:

I confess that I am a sinner (Romans 3:23). I repent of my sins and ask you to forgive me (1John 1:9). I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord. I believe Jesus died for me and God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9-10). Dear Lord Jesus come into my life and take control. Lead and guide me as I commit my life to you. I thank you for hearing my prayer and saving my soul (Romans10:13). I believe by faith that God has accepted me into His family. In Jesus Name I pray. AMEN!

  1. ADMIT: and recognize you are a sinner. You are a sinner through inheritance (Psalm 51:5; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:14; Psalm 58:3)
  2. Repentance: You must have a change of heart, a change of mind, a change of direction (Matthew 3:1-2, Mark 1:15; Acts 17::28-30)
  3. Confession: Confess that Jesus is Lord and died on the cross for your sins (Romans 10:9-10; Matthew 10:32-33; Mark 8:38; Romans 1:16)
