in this episode, I talk about what I was experiencing in the month of february -- a very vulnerable episode and **TW depression, anxiety. I also talk about how to ask for help and support, and how to support a friend going through the same thing. if you've ever felt down on yourself for a prolonged period of sadness, this might be a good episode to listen to.
