This episode is with Adrian Conway, who is the head coach of Train To Rise Up (TTRU fitness). Adrian has been around strength and conditioning for most of his life which includes being a football athlete, CrossFit competitor, coach, commentator, and CrossFit seminar staff member.

His experiences have shaped the way he thinks about helping people work towards their goals whether it be for lifestyle improvement or chasing down a performance goal.

In this conversation we talk about the ways in which coaches can get to know their athletes on a more personal level to help them beyond the movement, nutrition, and recovery protocols. Adrian shares what he has learned from coaching and watching athletes at the highest levels.
