Mike has worn a variety of hats over his career including husband, father, CrossFit Games athlete, personal trainer, podcast host, programmer, group coach, and member of the Training Think Tank coaching roster. He shares what he has learned about taking a risk and chasing your passion with the right skill set to be successful.

He talks about his definition of fitness and how it plays a role in improving the quality of life for himself and those he works with. A big takeaway is the ability to do challenging and difficult things now so that we can live a full and meaningful life when we're older.
