In this episode I give you a practice that only takes 20 minutes that will be your guide in setting boundaries in your life.

Here are the steps in setting boundaries:

  1. Figure out what your core values are
  2. Get specific, why are these your core values?
  3. Create non-negotiable based on your values
  4. Set boundaries using your non-negotiable and think specifically about the patterns/behaviors in the relationships in your life.
  5. Set the boundaries with your romantic partner, family, friends, business associates, coworkers, etc.

Setting boundaries is essentially just asking for what you need and no longer accepting less than that. This is you honoring your own worth and standing in your power.
