Let's be honest, we've all struggled with our relationship with food and in turn, our bodies at one point or another. Most of us have struggled with food in silence due to a fear of others seeing our insecurities.
On today's episode I share with you some of my vulnerable moments throughout the years of how having a toxic relationship with food caused such a major disconnect with my body. The good news? I give you tips and examples of how you can start changing that relationship today. Even better news? You don't need to go on some diet to do it. In fact, I advise against going on some extreme diet.
