How to attract health, healthy relationships, money etc
In your Journal:
Every morning say a positive affirmation to yourself. There are many examples on the World Wide Web, or write your one, for instance: Today is going to be a wonderful day, the world is filled with abundance and opportunities, and they flow towards me easily. Or, I am a money magnet, and money flows towards me with abundance and ease. Or, Thank you, Universe, for my Divine protection. Thank you, Universe, for my family's Divine protection. We are and will always remain safe, loved and whole. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Create a list of ten goals (I have nine goals, with the tenth one to make the main one – do what works for you)
Establish a date for these goals – this is very important, and it is OK to use an estimate. Just make sure you write down something.
If you do not know what you want, think about what you do not what. That will tell you what you want!
Write your goals in the present. For example, I am so grateful and thankful now that...
Reflect on your past successes and create new evidence that you can achieve anything
Start responding positively to life and being aware of your thoughts, have faith, hope, love, courage and tolerance.
Before you eat or drink something, thank the Divine. This is very simple but a great way to start practising gratitude. When we are grateful, we attract more things into our life that we are grateful for.
