We Are All Made of Star Dust
In the 1980s, a theory came to light in a thirteen-part television series called "Cosmos" aired on PBS. It was hosted by an astronomer named Carl Sagan, who spoke about science and history-related topics on the Earth, its evolution, life's origin, and the solar system.

Humans, animals and other forms of life are created of carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen atoms and atoms of all other heavy elements. These elements were first created in starts over four and a half billion years ago. Therefore we are literally made of Star Dust, or Star Stuff, as Chris Impey, a professor of astronomy at the University of Arizona, would put it.
The knowledge that we are created out of the same materials as the beautiful stars themselves, made in the image of God/Divine/Spirit/Universe, and all connected is an inspiration in itself. Moreover, we can tap into this infinite energy through various points in our bodies called Chakras.
