Ashley came on the WUW Podcast to be perfectly clear and very blunt about her addiction. That in itself is very admirable. She talks of how hard it is living in a rural community and dealing with the stares, and the comments made by those who seem that they have never made a mistake in life. Losing her Family and doing all that she can to win back her children's trust is her main focus in life, as well as her sobriety. Ashley's organization Sling Some Hope is growing, and all is welcome at her monthly events. If you need to be heard, the Sling Some Hope events is where you want to be. I want to personally thank Ashley for having the courage to come on the Podcast and share her story. These are true success stories of the upmost importance and so many people can grow from hearing them.
We as humans need to do better in life. We must do better to encourage and not to discourage.
