Carbs- or carbohydrates

They are a great fuel source for your body- in fact your bodies go to choice for energy.

Carbs are important. Pair your carbs with protein. Eat to fuel your life and enjoy what you are eating. Don't be afraid of food.

If you find yourself kind of scared to eat food- ask yourself why and make a list of all the thoughts or feelings that come up.

Remove guilt and shame from your food. Food is amoral. It isn't good or bad
