  1. What is your plan to win the game- In other words- what end result do you want? And what is your plan to get there

  2. How are you playing the game- you aren’t going to win every day - how do you keep showing up even when it doesnt look like you are going to win

  3. Who did you need to be-to win. What actions did you take that were different- what results did you get- and how did you get them-
