Here are my macro habits for life
Health- which I have already covered
Wealth- or finiances-
Relationship- whether its with your kids- grandkids- spouse- parents- siblings- friends- whoever- relationships are an important part of our overall well being and an area where most people tend to have goals- even if its a vague goal like they want to have good relationships
Spiritually- how do you connect with God- for me it is God- for you it might be Source- the Universe- Mother Earth- I also think purpose- and happiness fit in this category -
Intellectual Goals- I think any type of learning- whether it is school- reading books- taking courses- most personal development I would say falls here-
