Description

This little nightly routine has really helped me have more productive days and it's helped me sleep better at night.

It's very simple- I just use a spiral notebook and pen and each night before bed I simply write out my intentions for tomorrow and then I write a daily debrief- what went well- what do I need to improve- what is a small thing I can change?
