Setting you Environment Up for Success- or Making habits easy
Ask your self some questions:
What do I see around me that is going to help me be successful today
Tip: Make things easy to see- put your fruits and veggies at eye level in the fridge. What do you see when you walk into your pantry?
Can you take it with you? Can you take a snack- a water bottle a workout with you to make it easy for you to continue the habit and eliminate an impulse decision that might not be in alignment with your goals.
Each morning ask yourself : what could I do to make what I need to do today a little bit easier. Task lists- meal prep- etc.
Remember to give yourself grace and know that it takes time to build new habits
