Tips to make maintenance easier:

  1. Track- at least for a little white

  2. Swap back in some of the more calorically dense foods that you swapped out

  3. Set a performance goal- focus on what your body can do

  4. Quality matters, Still aim for protein, carb and fat goals. Choose quality foods

  5. Set a goal outside of fitness and nutrition

  6. Stay at maintenance as long as possible. Learn what it really is like to intentionally maintain your weightÂ
