If everything in life seems to be aligning - why is it so hard?! 

My week was THE MOST. The majority of my life lessons all rolled up into 5 days and I'm still processing it. 

During this episode, I vulnerably share my experience - emotional, physical, mental. 

A deeper dive into feelings, what's going on, how I manage it all, actually practicing mindfulness (not meditating), learning to forgive myself, & acknowledging it's okay to need a safe space.
