Mums questions answered...
Why aren’t mums given Ferosulphate in pregnancy?
Ooo I’m taking ferrous fumerate and have lots of questions. How was my iron low, but yet I had no obvious signs of iron deficiency?
Will I ever be able to take iron and not feel like I’m going to puke for a couple hours after?
Is this a forever thing if you are deficient?
Is there really no dietary way to supplement enough (because my doc says no)?
If low - how I can help boost it?
Why iron supps are bad/not good for me. I’ve been told that by many sources I’ve read. I’m so confused 😅 I feel so hesitant - conflicting info? Take organ supps instead?
I do know we’re only meant to take them short term - but then how do I prevent my iron going down (& not needing to take it again).
I had 2 iron infusions (the first wasn’t enough). I got an allergic reaction to my second infusion - hives. Won’t be doing that again
