This episode we are talking about the Legal Industry with Lawyer Grace Colato Martinez, who is also the President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Greater Kansas City, among many other titles!
On this episode, Grace opened up about all of the work she’s put in on her journey from growing up in South Omaha, to becoming a Lawyer, and also talked about some of the mental barriers and battles that come with achieving the success she’s achieved, and how she’s able to work through those!
Grace was able to give insight on the educational journey that goes into becoming a Lawyer, and talked about how tough Law School can be and what she did to make it through. Grace also talked about the importance of exposure, what it’s like to be a Latino Woman in her industry, and the importance of representation for minorities. Along with all the FREE GAME Grace gave throughout this episode, we were able to hear what the day-to-day life as a Lawyer looks like for her, and she provided a blueprint that others can follow if they are interested in becoming a Lawyer or getting into the Legal Industry.
