I sat down with my business partners and fellow running coaches with The Marathon Mind, Carrie, Camie and Emily, as we discussed my re-entry into the world of training for a race. We discussed how running, training and exploring your why applies to real life, deciding to like your reasons for continuing to train, or not train, and noticing the signals in your body for when to push and when to rest.
