A follow up to my previous episode about what it feels like to experience betrayal trauma, and how to recover. I had so many people reach out to me and share their stories, that I felt it appropriate and needed to record a follow up episode to address a few things that I felt were left out of the first one, as well as addressing and sharing the thoughts expressed by those who reached out to me.
Thank you to everyone who has shared. Please keep speaking your truth. Your voice matters. Speaking up is healing. Sharing and helping others heals you and them. It is beautiful to witness so many humans doing the work to correct their mistakes and move forward from them.
There is so much more life and beauty to experience after betrayal. It gets better, I promised you, it does.
