Description

I used to workout twice as long as I do now but had nowhere near the muscle definition that I do today.  Over the last decade I've refined my workouts to be efficient and effective, to maximize building muscle while also maximizing my time in the gym. I don't have all day to workout and I imagine you don't either. In this episode I'll share exactly how I program my own workouts - you can take what you want and leave the rest!
