Did you know that if everyone ate a vegan diet, which excludes meat, eggs and dairy products, land-based carbon emissions could be cut by 70% by 2050 that’s the good news from the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change). That good news was published in their 2019 report called “Food Security”.
