During the flooding in northern New South Wales in early 2022, one victim interviewed on national television said how disgraceful it was that neighbours with small boats, had had to help other neighbours who were in difficulties, even danger, from the flood waters. He asked the rhetorical question, “where is the Army?”. He blamed Scott Morrison for this.
And I thought to myself, isn’t that what neighbours are supposed to do for each other? So today with youth crime going out of control, the popular call is for the government to do something. But we all can do something about that problem too I think, once we get understand why we have the problem. So let me tell you what I think is the cause of the problem.
