David Winning is one of the jury members and panelists at this year’s
Portland Festival of Cinema, Animation and Technology. David is a film and television director he’s done 45 features and has over 180 TV credits. He’s worked on Gene Roddenberry’s Andromeda, MGM’s STragate: Atlantis, ABC’s Dinotopia and the HBO thriller Exception to the Rule. He’s worked with Ryan Gosling, Patrick Duffy, William Devane, Lance Henriksen, Margot Kidder and the list goes on and on.
