Today was a bit different than our normal eps, but I really wanted to spice it up and chat about some stuff following my 23rd birthday :) A LOT has been on my mind recently (overthinking, we're not surprised) and I've taken a lot of time to sit and reflect on some of the hardest but most important lessons I've learned in 23 years, including many that I'm actively working on embracing. I hope that this episode speaks to some of you, regardless of where you are in your life right now. Young adulthood is so damn confusing, but take a deep breath and remember that nobody knows what they're doing, some people are just really good at acting like they do!!
