Caleb is the founder of Red Sea Capital. He has built an impressive portfolio of assets under management, including 30 units in New Mexico, ABQ, 16 units in Oklahoma City, OK, and 40 units in New Mexico, Las Cruces.
Additionally, he has fractional partnership interests in 176-unit multifamily property and a 12,000 sq ft retail space in Casa Grande, AZ.
In 2022, Caleb founded Red Sea Capital, a company focused on helping investors grow their wealth by investing in multifamily and retail properties. Prior to founding Red Sea Capital, Caleb was part of the NK Development Group, where he played a crucial role in aiding capital and acquisition, growing the company to over 450 units in just two years.
