Who is Maricela Soberanes?
Maricela began her real estate investing career in Austin, Texas, in 2006. Before she became a full-time syndicator, she built a profitable rental portfolio. She's a medical missionary to developing countries, a self-published author, and a Navy veteran.
Maricela is a Principal at UpFlex Multifamily Investments, a reputable investment firm that conducts thorough due diligence on investment opportunities, prepares SEC filings, establishes contracts, reviews vendor contracts, and provides related services.
In addition, Maricela is also a co-founder of Xcelerated Biz Coaching, a virtual assistant agency that hires and trains virtual assistants to help small businesses scale.
Maricela holds a business degree and has been operating a thriving medical service business since 2015.
