Sometimes we get into these funks where each day just is the same thing, a groundhogs day kind of vibe. How do we get into these situations and why do end up sitting in them for so long before "waking up" in a way to it? This week on the show I give some thoughts and ideas about how getting out there and trying something new or taking a risk can open up not only growth in your life, but lead you to new opportunities and experiences.
