Isn't it interesting how much support and energy we feel at the beginning and end of things? How it pushes us to jump off the start quickly or maybe we sprint once we see the finish line? But what about when you are in the middle, how are you pushing on? I think when we can understand how best to react in the middle, that's when we see can see the most growth. This week on the show I break down this idea of the middle and the mindset shift we sometimes need to power through.
