Andy Nichols, a retired Navy SEAL Master Chief with 26 years of service, initially joined the military in 1985, beginning as a Naval Aircrewman.
In 1996, he represented the United States Off Road team in the International Six Days, the world’s largest off-road motorcycle competition, while his friend George, a successful custom motorcycle suspension maker, aimed to shift away from outsourcing to Asia. Discovering Workshops for Warriors, a program supporting veterans, Andy saw an opportunity to fulfill his dream of starting a machine shop and hiring veterans.
