In this episode we talk a bit about the Career & Technology Center (CTC). Thom and Jennifer reflect on the spring time preparations for the next school year. They talk a little about the new CTC logo reveal at the sophomore welcome assembly. Students have great perspective, they share some of their willingness to ask for impromptu opinions and conversations with students. There was an organized student walkout this week and Jennifer shares how the students communicated in a respectful way their intentions. Finally, the CTC puts on a senior citizen prom every year and the first one that Thom was part of as the administrator in the CTC. What are your strengths?
