Welcome to episode 10! How did we get here?

The theme of this episode is change, we discuss moving through periods of change in our lives, whether it be big or small, at times change can feel quite uncomfortable, however it is sometimes necessary for us to move forward and to grow.

We discuss topics such as the unexpected changes that come with loss, to changes in job/career and even lifestyle, acknowledging the feeling of resistance or even loss of control and how we manage to move through these transitional periods, anchoring back into ourselves and our motives.

"There's only so much you can build a bridge without taking a leap"

Interestingly we share the unknown fact that humans are actually wired to resist change and our brain interprets change as a threat, making all of our feelings of fear and resistance valid and in fact totally normal.
