David fought Goliath, King Saul did not, and the results were huge! Joshua and Caleb wanted to take the promised land of Canaan, but the other 10 spies said, "We can't handle the giants in that land!" It would be forty years before the nation of Israel got out of the wilderness. We must accept the reality of spiritual warfare and get in the fight. Many expend far more energy trying to avoid the conflict and in turn create a worse conflict for themeselves. When it comes to the work of Satan to divide, diminish, and depress the hearts of our people, we must take the advice of Wyatt Earp to Ike Clanton, "The fight has commenced. Get to fighting or get out of the way!"
