It helps to correct the wrong ideas about living with enthusiasm for God. It does not mean that one has to be always exuding joyfulness and cheer and repeating phrases like "Praise the Lord!" and "God is good all the time," throughout their day. Neither does it mean forsaking all earthly forms of pleasure and fun and living a sort of cave dwelling monastic life. Let's nail this down! What does a life in enthused with God look like?
