In church history past, the Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday was referred to as Holy Saturday. It has a very silent and somber feel. We wonder what was going on, and there is very little of scripture to tell us. What was the opposition up to? What were the disciples doing? And most of all, what was Jesus doing and where was Jesus during this Silent Sabbath?
