Description

Deep Breathing is a powerful fundamental and is the Friday Fundie we discuss in today's episode.  

In this episode we discuss how breathing will help you and your students to be calm, focus, and be alert.

To start, begin taking 3 Deep Breaths at regular intervals 3-4 times a day.  

You will be amazed at the positive effects that come from adding deep breathing to your day.
