Pretty soon that lion is right in front of you, so close you could reach out and touch him. You remain calm and unaffected. WHY?? You are at the zoo of course and the large heave glass is protecting you. Your brain knows this so your thoughts stay in fascination, calm, and tranquillity. But what if you were in Africa and a lion began to approach you. Would you feel the same? Our Thoughts create the context which determine our feelings. So if you want to feel different, get curious about your thoughts and start thinking different.
