Description

This week we are joined by the very talented Twist (Taryn) of Fabled Spirits! She helps us make the "Lysander" and from there led us down a road of spoilers. Let us know in the comments if we should do more cocktail making classes with Twist!

The Lysander au Lune:

1.5 oz Amontillado Sherry

1 oz Islay Scotch

0.75 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Triple Sec

0.5 oz Drambuie

0.25 oz Simple Syrup

Angostura Bitters

Orange Bitters

Absinthe Spritz

Method: Spritz/rinse coupe glass with absinthe. Combine the rest of the ingredients in crystal bar mixer with ice. Stir for 15ish seconds. Strain into prepared coupe glass.
