Katherine Fletcher is an MP representing the constituency of South Ribble in Lancashire, England. She was elected in the 2019 UK General Election.
Katherine talks candidly about how she came to be an MP and how she chose the party to become part of. She is a huge supporter of the Northern Powerhouse and we cover this in much more detail.
During her time as an MP, Katherine Fletcher has been an advocate for science and technology, as well as mental health and wellbeing. She is also a member of the Women and Equalities Select Committee and has spoken out on issues such as domestic violence and women's rights.
In terms of her wisdom for young people, Katherine Fletcher has emphasized the importance of hard work, perseverance, and staying true to oneself. She has also encouraged young people to get involved in politics and make their voices heard on issues that matter to them.
