In this episode we chat to our very good friend & mentor, Rachel Haslam, founder of the global training company, Team Academy.
Rachel’s believes that life is too short for boring training. She is on a mission to rid the world of training that is boring, dull, full of power points, desks and chairs.
Have a listen to Team Academy’s approach. They have a massive impact on companies to reach their goals by empowering, training and developing their people.
She left school with ZERO GCSE's but with an entrepreneurial spirit and a gift for working with people. School was somewhere that she just felt like she didn’t fit in, it was not a pleasant experience. But her success highlights that that does not define you as a person or your future and she has gone on to make a massive difference on people’s lives and workplaces across the world with the likes of Aldi and Hilton Hotels.
This chat was a privilege and an honour.
