In 2016, it was announced that Estibaliz Carranza, known as the Ice-cream Killer, was being transferred from a female to an all-male prison. After killing both her spouses and freezing their bodies in the basement of her ice-cream parlour, she was deemed too dangerous to be ever let out because her psychiatrist was convinced she would do this again to someone else.
