When the sailors along the straits of Malacca received an SOS distress call in 1947, they decided to check it out. But nothing could've prepared them for what was next: dead bodies everywhere. Just when they were thinking of towing this ship back to the docks it mysteriously exploded and sank into the ocean - the sailors scarcely escaped being part of this tragedy. But when they went back and checked the documents there seemed to be no paper trail of this ship. Did this ship really exist? They were left with only their words, and the paranoia that this was merely a figment of their imagination.
This is the S. S. Ourang Medan. The ship that never existed.
