Today, we’re starting the first episode of my new mini series - BODY LANGUAGE - a series inspired by all the ways our body speaks to us, and how we can choose to listen. 

On today’s episode, we’re leaning into the topic of movement, how we work out our bodies, and namely, the journey beyond going against your body and towards leaning into what your body is telling you through movement to arrive at the place we’re all striving for - being our best, unique selves.
