We often spend so much time deciding what to do, convincing ourself that we should stay and arguing with ourselves about it. Should I stay or should I go? Based in my process of letting go of my successful bakery for something more, even though it was once my dream creation. There are two main types of goodbyes: 1. the ones where you obviously need to make a decision- things got real terrible and you obviously need to either stick it out or go. 2. The other type is when you hear yourself saying “things are ok”, “this is fine” or “this was once my dream”?- How do you know to leave or end things then? -Why does it feel so hard when things are almost what you want? -When do you leave what was once a dream for another emerging idea? - What do the reasons you're giving for staying really translate to? Do you like them?I offer a process for how to say a proper goodbye so you integrate what you learned, how you grew, love your reasons for ending it, so you leave with love and grace.
