Description

On today's episode, we're going to talk about the difference between responsibility and accountability.

These two concepts are often used interchangeably, but they have distinct meanings.

Let's start by defining responsibility and accountability.

Responsibility refers to the personal duty and obligation to act in a certain way or fulfill a particular task. It involves taking ownership of one's actions and decisions and recognizing that their consequences have an impact on others.

Accountability, on the other hand, refers to the obligation to answer for one's actions, decisions, and behaviors. It involves taking responsibility for the outcomes, whether they are positive or negative, and being willing to accept the consequences of one's actions.

I'm going to share how responsibility and accountability relate to one another...AND I'm going to share some tactical strategies you can look to implement in your real estate business in order to increase your production.
