Lisa Gomes is a Washington, DC-based attorney by day and a well-loved queer event and trip curator by night. She is originally from Massachusetts and has also lived in Atlanta, Georgia. She has been creating experiences for the queer community since 2010, planning over 45 events and 12 trips for LesbiFriends that have resulted in not only amazing memories, but lifelong bonds and even marriages. When she is not planning amazing getaways and traveling herself (she has been to over 50 countries), she also hosts her basement apartment on Airbnb which she has been doing since 2012.
