Stephanie Starks, LISW-S is a therapist and clinical director, consultant, TedX Speaker, training and workshop facilitator, and this year's Ohio NASW Social Worker of the year! This episode talks through why Stephanie shifted her career to pursue becoming a licensed trauma therapist and start her own private practice.
