What's up everybody? And welcome to the Shift in the script podcast. My name is Ray Ray and I will be your host. We are so stoked that you're here with us. Uh, but before we jump into the content that we worked really, really hard to put together for you guys, we wanted to give you a little insight on what you expect while you spend time with us.
So when Kaden and I came up with the idea of creating this podcast, we wanted to really make sure that it was a relaxed, safe, and, but most importantly, a supportive place so people could come to discuss their mental health experiences and their challenges, as well as connect with others who may have gone through the similar struggles.
On the podcast, you'll be hearing from everyday people who have overcome their own mental health challenges, as well as experts in the field who will share maybe practical tips, insights, you know, things that'll help us all improve, uh, our mental health and wellbeing.
