This week, we're saying f*ck it to diet culture & unhealthy exercise mindset. Women learn to start hating their bodies around age 10. Women are brought up to restrict the food they eat, and tie their value to how many heads they can turn when they walk into a room. Women are brought up to not trust themselves when it comes to eating & to use exercise as punishment for "going crazy" and eating spaghetti. And when we become moms, we hate our bodies even more. Moms are often caught in the confusing tangle of being proud of making this tiny human that they love so much while also despising the look of their transformed bodies. 

Let's unpack the mindfuck that is a woman's relationship with her body, shall we? Because I for one think we have already given far too much of our lives obsessing over the food we eat & the numbers used to measure how much physical space we are occupying.
