Description

Did you know that the average person makes 35,000 decisions in a day? I couldn’t find a number that is specific to moms, but I would wager that the amount of decisions we make in a day has to be double that. Because if a single person makes 35,000 decisions just about themselves, then we have to be blowing that out of the water, because we’re making decisions for ourselves, each of our kids, and if we’re in a heterosexual partnership, we’re also making their decisions. We probably make 35,000 decisions before our morning poop. But whatever the number is–it’s a lot.

Decision fatigue & choice overload are 2 HUGE components to why moms are so stressed out, overwhelmed, & burnt out all the time. Listen to the Katie special podcast for how you can recognize & get rid of decision fatigue in YOUR life. I swear, mama, this alone will alleviate so much of your daily stress.
